Client Services

Clients service is handled through our Client Services/Project Management department. The client service representatives/Project coordinators are assigned accounts to monitor work progress, maintain specific job requirements, and respond to any difficulties that may occur.

In effectively managing our clients' environmental service requirements, BC Laboratories, Inc. maintains a project management structure responsible for the following:

  • Defining and clarifying analytical methods
  • Assigning accounts to monitor working progress and maintain specific job requirements
  • Providing scheduling programs for routine monitoring programs
  • Arranging bottle deliveries and sample pick ups
  • Respond to any difficulties, Interpretation, and explanation of data
  • Arranging for faxed data, hard copy deliverables and electronic data

    Client Services Manager/Project Mananger

    Tina Green has been with BC Laboratories, Inc. for more than 15 years and is responsible for developing clients and securing contracts to ensure corporate strategic goals and objectives are met. Tina is the primary client contact and ensures project completion on time and within scope and quality. Investigates and recommends new markets and ensures proposals and projects to achieve appropriate profitability levels.

    Client Service Representative/Project Manager

    Molly Meyers has been with the company for over 10 years. Her responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of the delivery of contracted services. Creates project schedule to ensure implementation and ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements. Ensures internal resources maintain a clear understanding of the client's needs, and provides day-to-day client advice and support. Builds and maintains strong client relationships; participates in client meetings regarding performance and satisfaction.

Her responsibilities includes maintenance of positive client relations and services efficient handling of transactions, account openings, closings, questions and innovative approach in problem.
