Clients service is handled through our Client Services/Project Management department. The client service representatives/Project coordinators are assigned accounts to monitor work progress, maintain specific job requirements, and respond to any difficulties that may occur.

Tina Green
Client Services Manager/Project Mananger
Tina Green has been with BC Laboratories, Inc. for more than 15 years and is responsible for developing clients and securing contracts to ensure corporate strategic goals and objectives are met. Tina is the primary client contact and ensures project completion on time and within scope and quality. Investigates and recommends new markets and ensures proposals and projects to achieve appropriate profitability levels.

Molly Meyers
Client Service Representative/Project Manager
Molly Meyers has been with the company for over 10 years. Her responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of the delivery of contracted services. Creates project schedule to ensure implementation and ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements. Ensures internal resources maintain a clear understanding of the client's needs, and provides day-to-day client advice and support. Builds and maintains strong client relationships; participates in client meetings regarding performance and satisfaction.

Chrissy Herndon
Client Service Representative/Project Manager
Chrissy has been with BC Laboratories, Inc. for more that 3 years. Chrissy demonstrates client relations skills and a commitment to quality customer service. Acts as the primary person liaison between our clients, our project teams, and the analysts within the laboratory. Her responsibilities includes maintenance of positive client relations and services efficient handling of transactions, account openings, closings, questions and innovative approach in problem.

Linda Phoudamneun
Client Service Representative/Project Manager
Linda has demonstrated her expertise in providing professional, reliable, and timely support services to internal and external clients at BC Laboratories, Inc. for over 5 years. She helps resolve complex client issues, research and resolve discrepancies relating to labotatory questions. Linda has the ability to handle assignments in a fast-paced environment under tight time constraints.

Natalie Serda
Client Service Representative/Project Manager
Natalie has been with BC Laboratories, Inc. for over a year, and is taking on the responsibilities of handling and servicing current clients, corresponding with carriers as well as our customers. Provides the clients with the highest level of customer service; maintains accurate and efficient documentation and clients data. Her role is being defined to respond to client specific requests, provides proactive account servicing and build product awareness within our company.
